When massaging, shortly press power button one time ,device in pause status; Press power button for approx 5 seconds, device is shut off.
Regarding changing direction, need set device in manual mode,then press direction button.
As to heating, two ends of the massager will get heat up first, then middle part follows after about 5 minutes. To get enough heat, device needs about 15 minutes to warm up.
Degree of heat depends on air temperature and individul’s feet sensitiveness.

Two modes available for this foot massager, one is automatic, one is manual.
Direction and speed could only be adjusted in manual mode.
